Ackworth Juniors is a friendly village club established in 1996. We play our home matches at Carr Bridge, Ackworth School, Hundhill Hall Cricket Club and Low Ackworth.

We are proud to be a Football Association Charter Standard Club that follows the principles of the FA Respect campaign.

We have a number of boys and girls junior teams – 15 and counting – who currently compete from Under 8’s through to Under 15’s.

Our sides play in the Barnsley and District Junior Football League, the Selby and District Junior Football League, the Charles Rice Junior Football League, and also the Doncaster & District JSFL.

Our FA qualified and dedicated coaching staff always welcome new players, boys and girls, to join our different age groups.

We hold an annual ‘Fun Day’ in September on the eve of the new season and invite players, parents and carers to enjoy an afternoon of entertainment.
